Having personally experienced the benefits of Buteyko on a short course in New Zealand, I completed my practitioner training in Sydney under Patrick McKeown and Mim Beim in early 2021. One year later I founded The Breath Lab with the aim of helping others who are experiencing anything from asthma or sleep apnoea, through to panic and anxiety. The Breath Lab uses simple techniques, founded in science, to provide natural, rapid and long-lasting relief from breathing-related disorders. I also incorporate ideas from the five pillars of health/wellbeing as necessary and according to each person’s needs. Because ultimately, no health issue exists in a vacuum and it's always worth looking at other possible influences. During our work together we would consider all five pillars: - Breathe - Sleep - Eat - Move - Connect Based in London, appointments can be face to face or via Zoom.
