Sharon completed her Physiotherapy degree at the Auckland University of Technology in New Zealand. She has mostly worked in orthopaedics, with a brief foray into geriatrics and pediatrics.
Over the years, Sharon has developed a treatment philosophy that combines patient education and exercise prescription with dedicated, one-to-one hands-on interaction with her clients.
She has a keen interest in Temporomandibular Disorder and orofacial pain and is a member of the American Academy of Orofacial Pain. She is always looking for avenues to improve and expand her knowledge base and techniques and recently became a Certified Cervical and Temporomandibular Therapist (CCTT). She is also qualified to offer Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy and Buteyko Breathing Education. At the same time, she is looking to complement her treatment techniques with Osteopathy and Craniosacral Therapy, and is always eager to learn as she believes that no learning is ever wasted.

Christine Byrne became a Buteyko practitioner due to her family history of severe asthma and emphysema. She is based in Vancouver, Canada and runs a busy practice. She is also co author with Patrick McKeown on the first Buteyko book in Canada called Stop Asthma Naturally. Christine completed her training in August 2006 and has dedicated herself to spreading the word of the Buteyko method in Canada. Trained by Patrick McKeown from Buteyko Clinic International in 2006. Micha Rogg – Buteyko Breathing Teacher
Micha is a passionate thai masseur, meditator and yoga teacher. He has travelled the world since 1991 in search of a cure for his asthmatic condition. Yoga and meditation greatly improved his health but when in the spring of 2012 he came across “asthma free – naturally” and put the Buteyko method into practise he was finally able to reverse his life-long asthmatic condition. In April 2013, convinced of the efficacy of the Buteyko method, he travelled to Ireland and trained with Patrick Mc Keown. Micha lives on one of the southern gulf islands in BC, Canada where he now teaches the Buteyko method to individuals and groups. He also started to teach the Buteyko method in Mexico where he travels during the winter months.
Howard Tseng – Vancouver BC
Howard has a background in Biomedical Engineer from the University of Toronto. He collaborates with his ENT Doctor father in exploring, learning, and promoting of natural therapeutic methods for breathing and sleeping related issues. Howard received his training from Patrick in 2011, he has also served as a board director of the Buteyko Breathing Educator Association (BBEA). Howard is based in Vancouver, BC., he teaches privately and also at local community centres.
Alex Ostojic – Greater Toronto Area
Alex’s professional background is in information technology management. He believes in restoring one’s health using natural modalities.
Alex trained with Patrick McKeown to become a Buteyko practitioner after learning about the method’s effectiveness. The health benefits are especially visible when the Buteyko method is combined with ALF (Advanced Lightwire Functional) therapy or other complementary natural treatments.
Melissa Campagnolo – Toronto, ON
Melissa Campagnolo is a Certified Yoga Therapist and Buteyko Educator based in Toronto, Canada. She has been teaching yoga since 2000, adapting yoga for individual needs. She works with people who have chronic health conditions, helping them work towards optimal wellness using personalised yoga, breathing, and meditation practices. Encouraging people to reflect on habits (including breathing habits) that help and hinder wellness is an important part of her work. Melissa finds the Buteyko Clinic Method is incredibly beneficial for her clients. She teaches the Buteyko method to individuals and groups.
Lorraine Clifford – Calgary
After being diagnosed with cancer Lorraine turned to alternative health and became certified in Holistic Nutrition with extended nutritional courses. She continued her learning with German New Medicine, Reiki Master, Metabolic Balance and Buteyko Breathing Educator. Lorraine was introduced to Buteyko while working for a forward thinking Orthodontists and took the Buteyko classes knowing she was an avid nose breather. She soon discovered mouth breathing was happening a lot more than she thought, her chronic sinus problems became a thing of the past. Lorraine is passionate about helping others understand how they can change their lives, become healthier and have a better quality of life.

Based in Vancouver, B.C., Ela Rezmer teaches clients how to optimize breathing to enhance physical, mental and emotional well-being.
For over a decade, Ela has completed extensive studies on different breathing methods and the most effective stress management techniques to implement with clients.
She is certified in Transformational Breathwork®, a qualified practitioner for Dr. Buteyko’s Breathing Method and an Oxygen Advantage® trainer. These certifications allow Ela to bring a full spectrum of expertise to her practice.
In addition, Ela’s background as a dental hygienist allows her quickly identify and create effective corrections for oral problems related to improper mouth breathing.
As a lifelong learner, she has attended teachings by some of the world’s most renowned leaders, allowing her to tap into a deep wealth of knowledge when working with her clients.
