Sakshee Jain

With over a decade of experience in physiotherapy, I specialize in cardiopulmonary rehabilitation and holistic breathing techniques. After completing my Bachelor's in Physiotherapy in 2009 and Master's in Physiotherapy in 2012, I served as an Assistant Professor from 2013 to 2019, where I guided both graduate and post-graduate students while providing clinical care to patients in ICU, CTU, pulmonary wards, and outpatient departments.
In 2020, I founded LymphBreathe - an online physiotherapy practice dedicated to the well-being of lungs and lymphatics, while also providing in-person services. As a Certified Lymphedema Therapist (2017), I've expanded my expertise through specialized training in multiple breathing methodologies including Buteyko (2021), BradCliff Level 2 (2022), and Module 1 of Integrative Breathing Therapy (2018). To provide comprehensive care bridging upper and lower airway function, I've also completed training in Orofacial Myofunctional Therapy (2022).
My practice focuses on functional breathing retraining, orofacial myofunctional therapy, and lymphedema treatment. I'm particularly passionate about addressing dysfunctional breathing patterns through an integrative approach that considers the whole patient.
