About Me

Jiří poslední roky intenzivně studoval metodu zdravého funkčního dýchání u svého učitele Patricka McKeowna a pracuje jako certifikovaný instruktor OXYGEN ADVANTAGE® a nyní jako master instruktor pro Českou republiku a master instruktor BUTEYKO CLINIC INTERNATIONAL pro Českou republiku a Slovenskou republiku.

Pořádá pravidelné vzdělávací přednášky a praktické semináře na téma zdravého funkčního dýchání v rámci projektu Cesta k funkčnímu dýchání https://dechedu.cz/cestakfunkcnimudychani/

Jiří je zakladatelem dechové akademie DechEdu, zakladatelem a správcem největší otužilecké komunity v ČR na FB: Otužování. Jak se snadno otužovat. a komunity zdravého dýchání na FB: Zdravé dýchání podle Buteykovy metody v České republice, kterým poskytuje poradenství a předává své praktické zkušenosti.

In recent years, Jiří has been intensively studying the method of healthy functional breathing under the guidance of his teacher Patrick McKeown. He works as a certified OXYGEN ADVANTAGE® instructor and now serves as the master instructor for the Czech Republic, as well as the master instructor for BUTEYKO CLINIC INTERNATIONAL for both the Czech Republic and the Slovak Republic.

He regularly organizes educational lectures and practical workshops on the topic of healthy functional breathing as part of the project The Path to Functional Breathing – https://dechedu.cz/cestakfunkcnimudychani/

Jiří is the founder of the breathing academy DechEdu, the founder and administrator of the largest cold exposure community in the Czech Republic on Facebook: Otužování. Jak se snadno otužovat. (Cold Exposure. How to Do It Easily.) and the healthy breathing community Zdravé dýchání podle Buteykovy metody v České republice (Healthy Breathing According to the Buteyko Method in the Czech Republic), where he offers guidance and shares his practical experience.
