I’m Cat, a wellbeing guide and educator with a deep passion for helping people reconnect with their bodies, regulate their nervous systems, and move through life with more energy and ease. I came to breathwork through personal experience-navigating stress, eczema, and burnout led me to explore practices that support sustainable wellbeing. The Buteyko Method has been a powerful part of that journey particularly for helping my asthma, and I now share it with others who are ready to feel more balanced, clear-headed, and calm.
I’ve been teaching yoga since 2016 and dance since 2001, and my approach is grounded in science, compassion, and real-life practicality. As a certified Buteyko instructor, I guide clients to make simple yet transformative shifts in their daily breathing habits. I work with individuals who are often juggling busy lives, including perimenopausal women, creatives, and those recovering from chronic stress or burnout.
My sessions are down-to-earth, tailored to each person, and focused on building awareness, restoring function, and empowering clients with tools they can actually use- not just in a class, but in the moments that matter most.
