About Me

Hello, my name is Faith , I am a certified Buteyko instructor . I am a physiotherapist and also a Christian health coach. My approach is Buteyko breathing blended with The Word.

I would love to work with you to achieve the health and wellbeing through being intentional about how you steward your body. I work with both adults and children, face to face or online. I also have a programme suitable for schools and any youth organisations called Atomic kids. The Atomic Kids programme has many benefits for children. It is targeted at 5-17 year olds helping them with tools that will have positive effect on their; sleep, emotional self regulation, sports performance and more.
