As a Buteyko Instructor I have worked with many clients 1.1 with asthma, sinus conditions, COPD, sleep issues and anxiety/stress/panic disorder.

I have had referrals from the respiratory unit in Castlebar hospital and Dr Bartells to help his patients improve their breathing during pregnancy.

I am extremally pasionate about Buteyko as I know the science behind it and have seen the improvements in my life, sleep and fitness. I seem to have the ability to bring a state of calmness to my clients and enjoy when I see the improvements with their breathing and overall health.

I have also done Buteyko 6 weeks courses for small groups of 8 to 10 people.
