Katarzyna Niewińska

Dentist, certified Iyengar yoga teacher, Laughter Yoga leader, and certified breathwork coach in the Buteyko method.

For as long as I can remember, I have been fascinated by the topics of breathing, mindful movement, and stress management. I deeply trust that working with the body and breath is a powerful tool that can transform the quality of our lives, helping to restore health, harmony, and well-being.
