I’ve always been attuned to my body—sometimes through struggle, sometimes through instinct.

As a child, I woke up every morning with sinus blockages and a runny nose. My own little remedy? Warming my back in the morning sun whenever I could. It helped. As a school runner, I trained hard, breathing heavily through my mouth. Yet, despite getting enough sleep, I often found myself nodding off in class. As life became more demanding, I noticed my body speaking in other ways—frequent sighing, tension locking into my muscles, and a deep need to move. Running and gym workouts became my way of managing it all. But just before my 40s, I felt another shift.

My curiosity about my own mental, emotional, and physical well-being led me to step out of the corporate world, into personal development and health, becoming a BodyTalk Practitioner. In 2021, my continuous learning led me to another powerful tool: Buteyko Breathwork. Learning to breathe better changed my life, and now I share this skill to help others experience its profound effects.

Through my ever-evolving practice at Deep Listening Enterprise I help both children and adults a deeply fulfilling life through BodyTalk for mind-body healing, Buteyko Breathwork for optimal breathing and nervous system regulation, and intuitive coaching for personal clarity and growth.
