I am a registered dental hygienist (UCC ‘03) and an oral myofunctional therapist (NYC ‘19).

I lived and worked in the UK for many years. At present, I work in a general and pediatric dental practice in Kilkenny City. I also work online for Myofunctional Therapy UK, based in Harley Street, London.

At Myofunctional Therapy UK, we educate and emphasize the importance of Buteyko breathing for better sleep and optimal health. We also assess tongue position and tongue ties, which are crucial for establishing nasal breathing and reducing sleep disorders.

I work with both children and adults and am a registered member of the British Society of Myofunctional Therapy.
