About Me

I love working with people. I've studied positive psychology, life&business coaching, solution oriented brief therapy and currently during study to become a certified process worker.

Since 2021 as certified Buteyko instructor, I'm helping people restore their normal breath, working with both children and adults. I'm offering mental and breath workshops for musicians, too.

I love nature, so you can find me in the nearest forest.
