Key skills honed were in relation to research, leadership and working with groups and in the planning, management and evaluation of development projects.

Since 2010, Ana has worked in a freelance capacity using her skills in marketing, languages, event planning and community-based development. In 2015, Ana moved back to Galway and began working with Patrick McKeown at Buteyko Clinic International in an administrative and marketing capacity. Her work at the clinic, as well as her interest in health and well-being, has led her to develop a keen interest in the Buteyko Breathing Method and qualify as a Buteyko practitioner under Patrick’s tutelage.
