After a series of what is harmful as a Master of Science in Chemistry by education, I became interested in what is good for the body and that is how my passion for health in the holistic sense was born. From healthy eating, through sports, to meditation and breathing on the way to yourself, on the way to health. Will you join? I will be happy to help you learn to observe yourself in order to restore health and perfect well-being. We will look at how you breathe, what you eat and what your day looks like. Then we will introduce activities aimed at mindfulness: breathing, psychological exercises and lifestyle changes. All this with love for yourself and based on the KAIZEN method.

-Individual breathing lessons, both for children and adults, selected to achieve the intended goals - both health-related (health instead of asthma, allergies, hypertension and many others) and general development (soft skills, improving reactions in stressful situations, managing your potential, etc.)
-Group breathing lessons, adults, to develop, improve and practice their breathing skills, exchange experiences and draw on the group's energy
-Business training in breathing practices on the way to improving, activating soft skills in the team
-Training improving the quality of your life from a holistic perspective
