Shipping policy
Shipping Charges:
FREE for orders over US$40 / EUR€37.50 / GBP£30 / AUD$60
US$5.95 or selected currency equivalent for orders under US$40. Australia/NZ and Canada orders are charged at $9.95.
Orders are processed within 24 hours of receipt (Mon–Fri). Depending on the size and delivery address, orders are sent by either Registered Post or trackable courier.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on local postal services, customs clearance, and other factors beyond our control. A tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped.
- USA: 3–7 business days
- Canada: 5-10 business days
- Europe (incl. UK): 3-7 business days
- Africa, Middle East, Asia: 7-14 business days
- Australia, New Zealand, South America: 14-21 business days
Duty/Tax Information
All products may be subject to duty or other taxes on importation into your own country of residence. Buteyko Clinic International is not responsible for any importation charges or government fees that may be applied.
A clearance fee may also be levied by your local post office on each such dutiable parcel. Some Post Offices show this as “Additional Postage” or “Postage Due”.
Items sold online will only be delivered to the address specified on your order.
