Alessandro Romagnoli

Alessandro Romagnoli is a psychotherapist and sports psychologist, specializing in Cognitive
Neuroscience and Breathwork. He holds three postgraduate diplomas:
• Clinical Neuropsychology
• Psychosomatic Medicine
• Sport Psychology
Alessandro brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to his practice. He is certified as a Master
Instructor in several methodologies, such as the Oxygen Advantage® and the Buteyko Clinic
Method. He is also an instructor in the Wim Hof Method®, XPT Performance Breathing®, and
Mindfulness Sport Performance Enhancement®.
In addition, Alessandro actively collaborates with Patrick McKeown, with whom he co-developed
the "Psychophysiological Breath Training program"designed to train healthcare professionals,
including medical staff and psychologists/psychotherapists.
He has worked with, or is currently working with, the Italian Olympic Fencing Team, the Eldoa
Method alongside Dan Hellman (former coach of Tiger Woods) in the United States, Special
Forces, professional football teams, rugby teams, and has served as a mental coach for Ferrari
athletes, MMA fighters, and more. He has also contributed to biohacking, speaking on artificial
intelligence at the Italian Parliament, demonstrating the intersection of technology and human
performance.
He is also a practitioner of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) and enjoys scientific research and reading, using
these interests to create new methodologies. Creativity is one of his greatest strengths.
Alessandro works online with athletes and individuals with psychopathological conditions,
combining various approaches, including psychotherapeutic and breathing techniques.

Cognitive e Tecniche di Respirazione. Possiede tre diplomi post-laurea:

Alessandro apporta alla sua pratica una vasta conoscenza e competenza. È certificato come Master
Instructor in diverse metodologie, tra cui Oxygen Advantage® e il Metodo Buteyko Clinic. È
