I graduated from Istanbul Technical University, Department of Chemical Engineering. I went to the Netherlands in 2013 to learn the Buteyko Method from Dick Kuiper for my own health. In 2014, I attended Buteyko Clinic International's training in Ireland and became a Buteyko Method Instructor. I am the founder of Buteyko Clinic Türkiye and Oxygen Advantage Türkiye. My Turkish book about Buteyko Method "Tüy Gibi Hafif Buteyko Nefes Metodu" was published by Nail Kitabevi Publications. I translated Patrick McKeown's books "The Oxygen Advantage" and "Atomic Focus" into Turkish. The books were published by Müptela Publications under the names "Oksijen Etkisi" and "Odaklan". I took part as a Buteyko Instructor in the clinical studies "Buteyko Breathing Technique in Individuals with Asthma" at İzmir Ege University and "The Effect of Buteyko and Diaphragmatic Breathing Exercises on Asthma Control Test, Quality of Life and Lung Capacity in Asthmatic Children " at Ankara Yıldırım Beyazıt University. I provide online and face-to-face training to my clients. I provide corporate training and give talks on functional breathing. I work with professional athletes privately. I also organize Buteyko Method Certified Instructor Trainings in Turkish. I have a series of six Turkish books for children called “Arda ile Paytak” published by Mandolin Publishing House. Taking daily long walks alone in the city or in nature, observing animals, doing Qi Gong and meditation, reading and writing allow me to connect with life very closely. I love experiencing life slowly, gently and deeply.
