I'm Julia, I live in Dorset and I am also a BANT registered Nutritionist. Until mid-2023, I worked primarily with women over 40, with special attention also being paid to long-term brain health to mitigate risk of neurological disease decades down the line.
I then discovered the super-power that is our breath and this was a real turning point for me, both in terms of my own health (and here I was thinking – as a nutritionist – I was as healthy as could be!) and also in the direction I am now taking my work.
I now support all adults of any age, either in a 1:1 capacity or during my popular 'Transform your Breathing in Five Weeks' on-line group programme which I run every couple of months.
I am still absolutely blown away by the profound benefits that breathing efficiently can achieve for the health of our whole body, brain and mind, so if something is missing in your own health journey, I'd love to help you find that elusive piece of the puzzle.
