Hello there! My name is Tony and I have a background in sports coaching and performance. I am also a qualified yoga and meditation teacher. I love the ocean, surfing and being in nature and when I am not on the beach In Australia you will often find me in the Norwegian mountains (my second home). I am passionate about the breath and how we can improve athletic performance and common health disorders, as well as creating a peaceful and healthy mind and body. I offer breathing sessions for stress, anxiety, relaxation, asthma, lung function, dysfunctional breathing, sleep apnea and sports performance just to name a few. I use mindfulness, pranayama (yoga) and Buteyko techniques to help you achieve your desired outcome. I work with both adults and children and look forward to breathing with you in person or online.
