I'm an accredited Mental Health Social Worker with a private practice on the Sunshine Coast, offering therapy and psychological services both in person and online for clients worldwide. With certifications in Buteyko Breathing, EFT/Tapping, and Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), I specialize in easing anxiety and guiding trauma healing. As a Medicare-approved provider, Australians can access rebates for mental health services with me.
