Ideleina Sanchez

I am a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT-200) and Buteyko Certified Instructor. I teach my students to harness the innate healing wisdom of their bodies using breath and movement. I’m available for one-on-one sessions and groups, for clients of all ages, with a special focus on anxiety and panic disorders. In-person sessions in the NYC-metro area, or remote sessions online.
