Hello, I’m Iulia and I am a psychologist, speech therapist, orofacial myofunctional therapist, and breathing instructor.

For over 8 years, I have been working as a psychologist and speech therapist, supporting both children and adults in the harmonious development of their cognitive, emotional, and communication skills through a holistic and personalized approach.
In my practice, I collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team of specialists including neurologists, psychiatrists, allergologists, ENT specialists, orthodontists and physiotherapists. Together, we analyze each patient’s clinical picture to develop an intervention plan tailored to their specific needs.
As a breathing instructor, I help people of all ages become aware of and improve their breathing patterns, offering techniques that support optimization of the body's oxygenation, reduction of stress and anxiety, improvement of cognitive and physical performance, regulation of sleep and daily energy levels, correction of breathing habits that may affect orofacial health and posture.
