Breathe less, live more! I am a breath trainer. The Butejko method is absolutely for everyone - with this conclusion I completed my instructor course. My mission is to restore the correct breathing track of my clients for their recovery. The people who have chosen to train with me have only reinforced my conviction that this mission is worth continuing.

I invite you to ON-LINE trainings! I especially invite people who have been struggling with asthma symptoms for years. Breathing training is also aimed at young parents or people who are planning to start a family. Awareness and building correct breathing habits in parents is a policy for the health of their children. I work with adults and children - in addition to my other professional roles, I am also an educator and Montessori teacher. I will also conduct the training session in Polish, English and Spanish.

It is a great honour to witness the transformation and hear after the training is completed:

Privately, I love travelling, I choose concerts at the opera and flamenco resonates in my soul. I am a mother of a teenager, which is the biggest challenge and joy in my life. I come from Suprasl but you can meet me more often in Warsaw.
