Hello, I’m Nicky Hewett, a certified instructor at Buteyko Clinic International.
Nicky is a Buteyko Breathing and Holistic Wellbeing Coach, and teacher of Yoga and Classical Ayurveda from Marlborough, New Zealand. She is currently based in Thailand working as a Wellness Specialist in Bangkok.
With over 20 years of personal practice and professional teaching experience in Asia and New Zealand, Nicky brings a practical, warm, and spiritual approach to her teaching.
Nicky completed her Buteyko Certification in February 2024 to complement her skills in teaching breathing and to better support the needs of her clients and students .
She is committed to helping students improve their self-awareness, and overall physical and emotional health; especially regarding quality sleep, reducing stress and anxiety, learning how to relax, and connecting to a deeper sense of purpose and meaning in their lives.
