Hello, I’m Pauline Pierce, a certified instructor at Buteyko Clinic International.
I am a Registered General Nurse.
Having spent 18 years with critically ill patients in Intensive Care, I switched to caring for well
patients in a Day Procedure Unit. I discovered Buteyko through a patient and went on to
qualify as an instructor under Patrick Mc Keown.
I also hold qualifications in
Life Coaching;
Parent Coaching;
Exercise, Health & Personal Training.
I teach Buteyko for asthma, anxiety and sleep issues.
Many healthy clients come simply to improve their breathing.
I work with small groups and on an individual basis.
Classes generally run on Monday and Tuesday evenings.
I am located in Glasnevin, Dublin.
