Passionate about the power of the breath on our well-being, I am keen to share my knowledge and experience with adults, teenagers and children. The Buteyko Method has become part of my daily life and I give weekly breathing and meditation circles near my home, in the Province of Namur in Belgium. I also have consultations at home or I can travel to your place. I am a certified Buteyko Method instructor and Kundalini Yoga instructor.
