I am a certified Speech-Language Pathologist with a background in classical singing, yoga, dance, and gymnastics. I hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Pacific University (2022) and specialize in orofacial myofunctional therapy and voice therapy.
My journey into Buteyko breathing began in 2018, when I discovered I had been living with an undiagnosed tongue tie—a revelation that dramatically improved my singing, athletic performance, overall health, and breathing. That experience led me to explore the Buteyko method and its profound impact on airway function, vocal efficiency, and nervous system regulation.
I’ve helped clients—from children to adults—use breathing re-education to reduce AHI, enhance athletic performance, improve focus in school, lower anxiety, and increase phonatory efficiency. My approach blends the science of breath with deep somatic awareness to support more efficient, sustainable, and life-enhancing breathing patterns.
