About Me

I have been a respiratory physiotherapist since 2003. I really discovered Respiratory Physiotherapy when I went to work in France in 2004 and since then I have not stopped training and working to help people with respiratory problems of all ages.

I discovered the Buteyko method while working in France with people with asthma, but when I really realized how much it could contribute was when I applied it to myself. I had endless colds and it was to start introducing Buteyko exercises and start to control my symptoms very differently.

Now, from Inspirat, and thanks to the help of Buteyko Clinic International with their training, I use my knowledge to help my patients with asthma, allergies, snoring, etc., to control their symptoms.
