AnnMarie is the founder of Wave Breathwork, an initiative dedicated to helping individuals harness the transformative power of breath to enhance their physical, emotional, and mental well-being through teaching a holistic system of breathwork techniques.

This integrative approach blends the Buteyko Method, functional breathing, pranayama, and Conscious Connected Breathwork facilitation. Her mission is to make breathwork accessible for all and to empower clients to achieve optimal health, reduce stress, ground into their bodies, establish strong boundaries and connect with their authentic selves.

Wave Breathwork offers a variety of services, including group workshops, corporate wellness programs, online training, individual sessions, and a personalized four-week coaching program.
