I am a certified Buteyko practitioner based in Auckland, New Zealand, and the founder of Breathcraft Lab.
Through Breathcraft Lab, I work with clients to apply the Buteyko Method in a practical, personalised way. My approach focuses on restoring functional breathing patterns, and facilitating nervous system regulation to support stress and anxiety management, restful sleep, energy, focus, athletic performance, and overall wellbeing.
My journey into breath retraining began through personal experience. After years of struggling with anxiety and persistent health issues that did not respond to conventional treatment, I discovered that dysfunctional breathing was a key contributor to many of the challenges I'd been facing. Learning to retrain my breath through the Buteyko Method transformed my health and revealed the power of proper breath control in supporting the body’s ability to regulate itself.
I take a clear and evidence-based approach to teaching Buteyko, combining structured breathing exercises with education so clients understand how and why the method works. Sessions involve assessment and are tailored to the individual, based on their baseline and desired outcomes. Clients leave with practical, lifelong tools that empower them to take control of their breathing, and support long-term health and performance.
I offer 1:1 sessions for individuals as well as group sessions for workplaces, sports teams, and wellness centres.
I am also certified in Breatheology, Oxygen Advantage® and Personal Training, and hold additional qualifications including a Master of Technology and a Diploma in Science and Technology.
