I am a Buteyko Breathing Instructor, Cognitive Hypnotherapist, Pain Neuroscience Educator, TRE (Trauma Release Exercise) Provider and Health Coach with over 15 years experience in helping people from all walks of life get out of pain, move on from anxiety, manage stress and become more comfortable in their bodies.
Originally a Sports Massage and Myofascial Release Massage Therapist, I am also a qualified 200 hour Yoga Alliance registered Ashtanga Yoga Teacher.
I cannot fix you- because you aren’t broken. The body heals by itself, given the right conditions. It’s my aim to help you discover and encourage those conditions.
I also utilise EFT (Emotional freedom Technique) and EMI (Eye Movement Integration) in my practice.
I am especially interested in helping those with chronic lung conditions to find freedom and ease in their breathing, thus improving their quality of life, and in helping you overcome trauma and chronic pain by coming safely home to your body, balancing and reseting your nervous system, and creating a roadmap towards better mental, physical and emotional health.
The breath is the bridge between your conscious and unconscious mind, and I find Buteyko Breathing to be a fantastic stand alone treatment to move on from anxiety, stress, tension and nervous system dysfunction, as well as working well alongside Cognitive Hypnotherapy, Health Coaching and Pain Science Education. I also offer Stop Smoking Hypnotherapy treatments.
