As a professional Sports Therapist, I also became a Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage instructor in 2019.

As well as helping people recover from pain and injury caused by mechanical issues, I can now help people who suffer from pain that is being driven by physiological origins, such as Fibromyalgia.

I have helped many patients who suffer with severe migraines by combining manual treatments with breath training and other supportive techniques.

I also work with local schools to help educate selected groups of kids on breathing techniques to reduce their high levels of stress and anxiety.

I’m driven to helping people improve and maintain their health and to support their overall wellbeing.
