Jacob developed an interest in health and physiology through both personal experience and a background in problem-solving. After several years in the technology field, he began applying that same analytical and systems approach to the human body while training in martial arts and addressing long-standing movement restrictions.
Through working with coaches, physicians, therapists and reading the book "Breathe" by James Nestor, Jacob developed a strong interest in breathing efficiency and stress regulation. By restoring his own breathing and movement patterns, he experienced greater stability and resilience in daily life. He now works with individuals looking to improve breathing, recovery, and overall quality of life through a physiology-based approach.
Jacob incorporates Buteyko breathing principles into his work to support improved breathing efficiency, stress tolerance, and long-term health.
