I started my dental career as an orthodontist and am a pediatric dentist specialist, recognized by the Portuguese Dentists’ College.

As an orthodontist, through my practice, I realized that function, and especially the way we breathe, is much more important than moving teeth to the right place, so we can achieve success.

I began my journey in myofunctional therapy and, at the same time, also decided to take the Buteyko certification so I can help my patients to prevent malocclusion and other systemic pathologies.

I firmly believe prevention trumps treatment and the way we breathe is the basis of our global health!
