I’m a certified Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage® instructor and a qualified Pilates trainer, with a strong focus on functional breathing and movement. With a background in dance and music performance, I’ve experienced firsthand how breathwork can transform both physical and mental performance. I offer one-to-one sessions and courses to support clients with respiratory conditions, stress-related symptoms, and performance goals.
