Times: 9.30am-5pm daily

Lunch: We provide a fully catered lunch onsite each day as well as tea / coffee breaks.

Cancellation Policy: Full refund up until 21 February 2025. Thereafter, fee paid may be transferred to an online training or another in person training at a future date.

Over the four days' training, Patrick will go into detail on the underlying conditions where Buteyko breathing can make a meaningful difference to client outcomes including::

Day One: Focus on respiratory physiology, nasal breathing, slow breathing, nitric oxide, and breathing mechanics.

Day Two: Deep dive into dysfunctional breathing patterns and the practical application of the Buteyko Breathing Method.   

Day Three: Comprehensive detail on guidelines and protocols for working with clients across the whole spectrum of relevant conditions including lifestyle, and how to tailor specific exercises for clients.

Day Four: Recap of core theory, time for questions and answers, individual and group practice.

World-renowned Buteyko expert and author, Patrick McKeown, has been helping individuals improve their breathing since 2002. He completed his clinical training under Professor Konstantin Buteyko and has since worked with thousands of people worldwide, addressing breathing disorders, sleep issues, and anxiety.

Patrick is the author of ten books, including The Oxygen Advantage, which is published in over 12 languages and has helped athletes enhance their performance through better breathing techniques.
