This is a blended instructor training with three days of intensive in-person lectures and access to our online training portal of recorded and live lectures and practical demonstrations of how to implement Buteyko breathing with your clients.

During the 3 days in-person training, Patrick will go into detail on the underlying conditions where Buteyko breathing can make a meaningful difference to client outcomes including:

Day One: Focus on respiratory physiology, nasal breathing, slow breathing, nitric oxide, and breathing mechanics. Introduction to and practice of all Buteyko exercises.

Day Two: Deep dive into dysfunctional breathing patterns, therapeutic populations, and the practical application of the Buteyko Breathing Method.

Day Three: Comprehensive breakdown on guidelines and protocols for working with patients across the whole spectrum of relevant conditions including lifestyle, and how to tailor specific exercises for individual patients.
