Day One: Focus on respiratory physiology, nasal breathing, slow breathing, nitric oxide, and breathing mechanics. Introduction to and practice of all Buteyko exercises.

Day Three: Comprehensive breakdown on guidelines and protocols for working with patients across the whole spectrum of relevant conditions including lifestyle, and how to tailor specific exercises for individual patients.
