Buteyko Certificate Training – London – January 2025

Decision to attend a live Buteyko Method Instructor training was a great idea!
I met a lot of like minded people and we all share our life stories how we end up on this course.
It was a pleasure to attend lectures led by Patrick. The amount of theory and practical knowledge (exercises) was well balanced and kept me engaged for all three days.
These were 3 fantastic days! I am looking forward to become a Buteyko Method Instructor!

Worth every single penny to be involved in this face2face learning experience and to meet so many interesting people from very different backgrounds. Patrick is a superb communicator and his subject has connections with so many different disciplines. A brilliant course.

Excellent, learn the skills to empower both your own and others health, the potential to improve your athletic ability and be a healthier stronger version of yourself. I believe everyone should know this!!! Thank you for an enlightening three days in Highgate, I already knew a fair bit on this subject and was pleased to have my knowledge expanded along with my breath and understanding of the mechanics of many health issues related to breathing, cannot recommend this enough.
