Could not make it through an entire night wearing the CPAP mask. Finally, just gave up. Then my chiropractor suggested MyoTape. Got used to it right away and now every night it stays on until morning and helps to promote/encourage nose breathing! Snoring is very much limited.

I now feel so much better as I am now able to sleep through the night.

I have had improved sleep since using Myotape. Long time sinus issues made me a mouth breather, since correcting those issues am now working on breathing through the nose. Sleep tape has helped me to be mindful of making that change.

I just wouldn't be without it, it's a lifesaver. No more dry mouth. No more snoring. Can pop a pill if I need it, no need to remove it
