Mouth Tape for Adults

This product WORKS -- better than my appliance. I don't snore and sleep through the night like a baby!

I was apprehensive at first. I tried first night, next morning I didn't have a sore throat from snoring. I had another plus as well, I constantly had shoulder pain from sleeping on my side to try to keep from snoring. My shoulder is feeling a whole lot better now because I can lay on my back and not wake the neighbors. I have suggested these to my sister in law, she is using the tape that covers whole mouth and having issues. I plan on stocking up on these. Great product

I use Myotape to keep my mouth shut at night. So I will breath through my nose.
I like that I can still open my mouth and drink water if I want to.

I was using a different mouth tape when I heard Patrick on the Feel Better, Live More podcast. I loved what he had to say (his accent is hypnotic!), so I decided to order some MyoTape. My package is almost gone, so I’m ordering more! It’s a really good product. I no longer bite my tongue in my sleep. I’ve also completely stopped snoring! I’m getting better sleep every night, and breathing exclusively through my nose during the day. Thanks, Patrick!
