I’ve been using Myotape (for beards) for about a year now and I must say they have totally changed my life. My blood pressure has reduced, I wake up feeling refreshed 80-90% of the time. I no longer wake during the night for a sip of water, due to dry mouth, which means my sleep is not disturbed. Totally revolutionised my work life, too. I’m more alert and productive. I started using myotape because my mouth hangs open a bit while I sleep because I wear a mouth guard to prevent teeth grinding. My mouth being open caused bad dry mouth that affected me all day long. Using myotape fixed that problem.
