Mouth Tape for Beards

Fit very well and do not come loose during sleep. Even with beard. Very comfortable.

These tapes are great. I use them for training and they stay in position also when I’m very sweat. I don’t use for sleeping but I think they are great too

I've tried so many mouth tapes and always quit due to discomfort etc. But the Myotape is completely different. It's comfortable, easy to apply and being able to open your mouth when needed is wonderful. My sleep has improved a lot since I started using Myotape

First of all, the design is pretty amazing in the way it keeps your lips together while still allowing you to open your mouth if you want to. It works well.
Unfortunately, most nights it peels off around the edges and I wake up with it either half on or pulled across my lips. Not sure if the "non beard" models are better but this one doesn't have a strong enough adhesive.

I have been taping my mouth for years, since I first read the Oxygen Advantage. I had been using cloth medical tape as recommended until Patrick came out with MyoTape. MyoTape works so much better at keeping my lips closed when I sleep. The opening still allows me to have a sip of water during the night without have to remove the tape and reapply. Mouth Taping has changed my life as I sleep longer and am well rested when I awake.
