Mouth Tape for Sensitive Skin

I used normal tape to cover my mouth but that wasn’t comfortable and a bit claustrophobic therefore I always left part of my mouth uncovered in the corner. But with MyOtape it’s comfortable, I use the sensitive ones, and it doesn’t cover my mouth, I can even speak if I want to. My sleep is getting better.

I actually found out about Myotape from a podcast Gwyneth Paltrow did and was excited to try when I found out they ship internationally. I have been sleeping with my mouth open for a very long time and I always wake up with a dry mouth and throat. It also makes me snore and I always wake up feeling really tired. Ever since I started using Myotape (coupled with nose strips to breathe easier), I have started dreaming again (which I haven’t in ages!), I sleep completely silent and wake up feeling rested. It did take a few days to get used to but once you fall asleep, you don’t even feel it. I cannot recommend this enough and will be using this every night forever!

I've been using myotape for about 6 months now and love it. I definitely sleep better but one of the biggest improvements that i've noticed is that i don't wake up with a dry mouth any more.
