Patrick McKeown
Patrick is the creator, CEO and Director of Education and Training at Oxygen Advantage® and Director of Education at Buteyko Clinic International.
Patrick's breathing journey began at age 26, when he discovered the Buteyko Method after years relying on asthma medication and inhalers. The change was immediate - he experienced easier breathing, clearer airways and deeper sleep for the first time in years.

Dr. Catherine Bane
Catherine holds a degree and PhD in Pharmacy Practice from Queen's University Belfast, and is a member of the British Psychological Society and the Division of Health Psychology
She has led Public Health projects in research, service development and screening, always championing evidence-based practice.
Collaborating with Patrick McKeown, Catherine has contributed to several publications, including The Breathing Cure for Yoga, Mouth Breather and The Buteyko Method Psychophysiological Breath Training Manual.
