Eran Laish
I help people who are burdened by chronic pain, distressing memories and anxiety. I support them in resolving deeply charged memories, going beyond pain-induced limitations and reconnecting with a sense of ease and inner guidance. I address the trifecta of pain - biological, emotional, and memory-based aspects - fostering profound inner safety and present-moment awareness in his clients. I have been practicing various methods for supporting well-being and flourishing - meditation, breathwork, conscious movement and more - for 25 years. I spent long periods in meditation retreats discovering deep sources of peace and vitality. Additionally, I was trained and certified to instruct/teach in multiple Mindbody methods - Qigong, Buteyko Method, Oxygen Advantage, HeartMath and more. I have also written a PhD dissertation on Buddhist meditation and researched extensively on meditative ways for nourishing a deep sense of ease. Today, I also bring more and more trauma-informed perspective to breathing issues based on Somatic EMDR, Integrative Parts Work and Safe & Sound Protocol Trainings. I wish to offer a comprehensive support that will address all the dimensions of our breath - physical, emotional, cognitive and beyond.
