Nerissa is passionate about teaching people what healthy, functional breathing looks like and sharing breathing practices that not only feel good in the moment, but help you get closer to functional breathing patterns and invest in your long term health. Nerissa came to breathwork through yoga and meditation and is a Certified Restore Your Prana Instructor, having trained with Robin Rothenberg, Essential Yoga Therapy. She believes working with the breath can be one of the most powerful tools to support people to decrease their stress and anxiety and transform physical and mental health. Nerissa teaches breathwork in one on one sessions, small class groups, schools and organisations in Melbourne.
