Helena Bourdillon
I am a Breathing Trainer, Freediver and Mental Health Advocate.
I started freediving in 2013 and competing in 2014. I have numerous freediving records including 3 World Records in CMAS Masters 1 Category and 13 British National Records.
My journey into freediving inspired my interest with better breathing habits and when I’m not underwater I work with my breath training clients to build upon the fundamentals of good breathing practises to improve mental and physical baseline health as well as focus, performance and endurance.
As a public speaker, I talk openly about my mental health journey over the last 25 years and have had two short films made about my story (see them through the link in my Instagram bio).
