Patrick McKeown

World-renowned Buteyko expert and author, Patrick McKeown, has been helping individuals improve their breathing since 2002. He completed his clinical training under Professor Konstantin Buteyko and has since worked with thousands of people worldwide, addressing breathing disorders, sleep issues, and anxiety.

Patrick is the author of ten books, including The Oxygen Advantage, which is published in over 12 languages and has helped athletes enhance their performance through better breathing techniques.

A TEDx speaker and Fellow of The Royal Society of Biology, Patrick’s work has been featured in leading journals and by major publishing houses globally.
