Lise Windfeld Bornerup- BA, Dip. Buteyko. Lisa was a lifelong asthmatic and suffered from COPD for many years. She is very aware of the changes to her life as a result of applying the ButeykoClinic Method. In her own words- “It is the greatest gift I ever received – breathing consciously and therefore changing just being alive into being “breathing” alive.

Lisa conducts clinics in Denmark and was accredited by the ButeykoClinic in August of 2006. She has co-authored two books on the ButeykoClinic Method- Luk Din Mund and ABC to be Asthma Free for children.

Jeg underviser efter Konstantin Buteyko’s Åndedrætsmetode som sikrer dig en grundig og effektiv måde at tage kontrol over din vejrtrækning. Mine klienter er primært mennesker med astma, KOL, forhøjet blodtryk, motionister der vil træne mere optimalt og tage deres træning til det næste trin.

Kasper Søgaard Andersen 

Kasper Søgaard Andersen er kropsnørd af passion og profession. Han driver sin egen klinik inde I hjertet af Aarhus, hvor han tilbyder rolfing og akupunktur. Sideløbende med dette arbejde har Kasper gennem mange år arbejdet med vejrtrækning, i det han altid har følt at vejrtrækningen er nøglen ind til vores dybeste potentiale. Denne rejse har ført Kasper gennem yoga, qigong, kampkunst (med 3 år i Japan) og meget mere. På et tidspunkt blev det tid for Kasper til at begynde at dele denne viden og dette blev anledning til skabelsen af ButeykoCenter.

Kasper ønsker at vise hvor kraftfuld et værktøj vejrtrækningen kan være for dem som gør rigtig brug af den. Alle med vejrtrækningsrelaterede lidelser vil med stor fordel kunne drage fordel af Kaspers viden på dette område, men dette begrænser sig ikke bare til medicinske diagnoser. Hej – mit navn er Charlotte, og jeg er specialist i alt, hvad der handler om mundmotorik og vejrtrækning.

Jeg er uddannet Buteyko-instruktør i 2020, og har siden da hjulpet både børn og voksne med de problemer, forkert vejrtrækning kan give.

Jeg er derudover også uddannet OMFT-terapeut, og har specialiseret mig i stramt tungebånd ved Tongue-Tie Academy (ved Richard Baxter) og har også undervist på flere uddannelser i, hvordan et stramt tungebånd kan påvirke vores luftveje og kranieform.

Hos mig får du en holistisk orienteret behandling, hvor vi kigger på dine symptomer og problemer hele vejen rundt, og jeg samarbejder og henviser gerne til andre behandlere, der kan hjælpe til at støtte op om dit forløb.

Jeg har selv været hele møllen igennem med både astma, søvnproblemer, stress og stramt tungebånd. Jeg har derfor på egen krop mærket, hvor meget den her behandling kan rykke. Både kropsligt og psykisk.

My name is Trine Elmshøj, Denmark, Næstved

I daily work as a physiotherapist, yoga- and Buteyko and Oxygen Advantage Advanced instructor.

I’ve worked with peolpe for more than 16 years, and I’ve seen many different people with both physical and mental issues as stress, depression, brain injuries, RA, astma and many more.

I help people with their breathing when they are stressed, anxious, have sleep disorders, astma and in sports.

I work both with groups in workshops Live and 1:1 online.

I have undergone issues as stress and sleep disorders, I worked with Nose, Slow, Low myself, and it has given me a tool to calm and manage not only mentally stress but also physically improvements with better endurance, better digestion and sleep.

My nose and tongue has become my go to.
