Mohamed Inan Faree

Hi! My name is Mohamed Inan Fareed, (call me Inu), I am a breathing enthusiast, an insurance person and a part-time artist.

Although I work as an underwriter in an insurance company, I am a student of many yoga practices, and pranayama breathing practices. I do free diving and have been interested in breathwork ever since I was a teenager. I am experienced in meditation and mindfulness practices as I do them daily. I would like to teach people the Buteyko method and increase breath awareness to people whenever and wherever I can.

I am based in Male’ City, the capital of the Maldives. The need for Buteyko breathing techniques is high here and here, people are just becoming aware of the power of breath.

When I was a child, I used to always go to the hospital for nebulization and had severe asthma until I was a teenager and found a breathing method to prevent and even fully restore my lung function. This is why I would love to help asthmatic patients and people going through panic disorder and depression gain the knowledge I got and more.

I would love to work with patients who are unwell, have asthma, anxiety and sleep apnea.
